What if repairs are needed during the Samsung Care+ Premium warranty coverage period?To book a maintenance visit, customers may contact the Samsung Hotline (1800-SAMSUNG) or WhatsApp (https://spr.ly/SingaporeWhatsapp↗). Our Customer Service Specialist will then check if the product is covered under a valid Service Plan and arrange a service appointment.
On the day of the service appointment, a Samsung Technician will first assess the product to ensure the suitability of the proposed service plan. If a repair is deemed necessary, the technician will perform the repair in accordance with the warranty policy.
The specific maintenance performed varies by product type. A detailed overview can be found in the Samsung Care+ Premium Terms & Conditions under Schedule D. -

• Damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, improper installation, mishandling, or failure to follow the product manual.

• Damage due to improper maintenance or use of unofficial / non‑approved accessories, parts or third‑party equipment.
